The Arrowhead Lakes home market is primed and ready for an active Summer season this year. First quarter home sales in Arrowhead Lakes in the Pocono MLS saw an increase this year from 14 (2014) to 18 (2015) – an increase of 28%. Last year’s first quarter sales equated to about 18% of total Arrowhead Lakes home sales for the year (77 total sales). If this first quarter increase is any indication of how the rest of the year will play out, the Arrowhead Lakes home market will see closer to 100 closings – the highest number of homes sold in the community since the 113 sales made in 2007.
