The first half of 2015, the Pocono MLS cites 43 homes sold in Arrowhead Lakes – the most sales Arrowhead has seen in the first two quarters since 2007 (45).
I wrote an article earlier this year speaking to the magnificent first quarter sales in Arrowhead Lakes and I predicted that Arrowhead would have the most homes sold this year as compared to any year in the past decade – but especially after the real estate bubble popped back in 2008.
“That’s great, Matt; but what does it all mean?” It means that if you are a buyer looking for a great deal in one of the Pocono’s premier “lake communities”, now is the time to buy! Arrowhead Lakes is in great demand and for good reason – it is very close to the most desired ski resorts in the area (Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Camelback Mountain), while also maintaining a litany of amenities within the community.
