There is a well-known feeling among Pocono Mountain enthusiasts that might be hard to explain to people who don’t frequent this rustic natural paradise. I often use the expression “a better pace” when I attempt to convey that feeling to newcomers. The stress of everyday life melts away in the warm summer sunshine. Worries are put into perspective under a night sky clear enough to see Heaven.
